Claudia is a young client of mine who has been working closely with me over multiple training phases working towards a major change in her body recomposition. A journey having started off with only single training session per week to now a consistent schedule of goal specific training sessions over the week focusing on weekly progressive overload through volume & weight.
This one has undertaken a journey with many ups and downs along the way, learning that progression isn’t perfectly linear, prioritising yourself is needed, long term consistency trumps over any other factor, goals require commitment & hard work, motivation isn’t a reliable long term solution, showing up for yourself and keeping your own promises is of the highest importance.
I have been with this one through thick and thin inside the gym with coaching and also her own personal development journey.
I am so dam proud... to say the absolute least 🙏🏽
