The butterfly boy:
Loss of loved ones, partying, lacking self-worth, losing myself to the perception of others, no discipline, a life without self priority or boundaries & not a care in the world for repercussions, always focused on the ease of now… An expression of the person I have been throughout my past life. I am a young man who feels like he has been through it all; I have always said my ability to relate has felt like my coaching super power since I started.
I learnt early that life runs on certain patterns & those patterns either lead to a life of alignment, or a life of intense struggle. My own journey has been one of the most pivotal changes I have ever directly worked on & has brought more magic than I’d ever dreamt to be possible.
When my father passed away with I was 12 years old from suicide, I learnt in my later teen years that my life’s mission is going to be focused on helping other people see they AWAYS have choices & that their future version is always worth looking after.
Life on the other side of doing hard things, is a life that has never felt easier, more rewarding, more aligned & one I know won’t leave me with guilt & regret.
Future Self Approach:
The way you look after your health & fitness is a representation of your self respect, willingness to prioritise yourself & your direct relationship to delayed gratification. The FSC approach to your journey is using heath as a vessel to guide the pathway towards your goals or needed changes in your life.

SYSTEMS & METHODS
REAL CHANGE NEEDS REAL CHANGE:
Real change is rare in any journeys these days… All too often we seem momentary change or surface level temporary change. Real change is a life changing powerful dynamic, that stems as a process of taking ownership, building self respect, being self honest & understanding why you do what you do. The why behind your actions is what changes your life, not the action itself, once you master real change, you’ll never need a coach again.
THE 50/50 METHOD:
To keep it simple, the 50/50 method is an approach to our dynamic together. We are equal in this, it's not coach above and client below coach; I am the expert in this field, but you are the expert on you, your body & your past. The 50/50 dynamic keeps the process away from the idea that I work for you, or that you work for me, again we are working together. Finally, one of the best aspects of this method is that it doesn't have you treating me as a boss, parent, or someone to work against. It's always best to treat it like a friendship dynamic so that there isn't the want to 'hide, not tell or not own up to'... aiming to create an equal dynamic that feels trust, care, energy & open vulnerability.
STEPPING STONE PRINCIPLE:
The stepping stone principle is a significantly individualised approach based on the current knowledge, understanding, ability & priority per person. It is the fact of SLOWLY adding, progressing and developing factors over a LONG period, bit by bit, level by level, stone by stone... It is the reduction of starting out having to nail and perfect everything from the first week as we lengthen it all out and learn/ progress over time. This principle is similar to exposure therapy, in which it's all focused on allowing progressive adaptation without real regression to take place. Short-term results are great, but long term results are the STEPPING STONE PRINCIPLE.
